We allow cancellations up to 48 hours in advance. We do require full payment for any last-minute cancellations. This may seem extreme. This policy allows us to take care of our cleaners, and offer the best compensation and benefits.
No, you do not! If you are not home, we ask that you provide clear instructions on how to enter the building.
We warrantee all of our services 100%. If a reclean does not satisfy, we will refund in full. No questions asked.
We will bring our own vacuum if needed, however many customers ask us to use there's to eliminate the transfer of disease. We strongly encourage this. No other supplies need to be provided.
We have tested and determined the best supplies in each category. While they change occasionally, you can expect us to utilize high-quality, name-brand products.
We serve all towns in Sothern, MA, and Northern RI. We are based out of Woonsocket, RI, and keep within a 45-mile radius. If you are outside of this radius, let us know. We may be able to help.
Yes. Our online payment system uses Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers, and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.
If you choose to trust us with access via our own key, the only person who touch it will be the owner Connor and the cleaner assigned to your cleaning.
All our cleaners are local, speak fluent English, and are dedicated to excellent customer service. They are thoroughly cleaned, and undergo a background check.
